INDIAN MARKET OUTLOOK - 07 NOVEMBER 2013

INDIAN BENCHMARKS are likely to remain low in early trades on tracking weakness in their Asian peers. Tech Mahindra, Central Bank, Aurobindo Pharma will announce their second quarter (July-September) results today. Jubilant FoodWorks will be in action after Fidelity Trust has bought 3.71 lakh shares values at nearly Rs 49 crore.

FUTHER, BHEL was down around 5%. The country’s largest power equipment manufacturer reported 64 per cent net profit drop in the September quarter — its fifth straight quarter of decline in profits. Among other shares, Wockhardt was up nearly 7% after the UK regulator allowed the Company to manufacture and supply most of the products manufactured from the company's Nani Daman facility.

Trend in FII flows: The FIIs were net buyers of Rs 2072cr in the cash segment on Wednesday while the domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs. 1145cr, as per the provisional figures released by the NSE.
