INDIAN MARKET OUTLOOK - 06 NOVEMBER 2013

INDIAN BENCHMARKS are likely to open flat with a negative bias tracking weak global cues. BHEL will be in action ahead of their Q2 earnings later today. The private equity arm of infrastructure financing company IDFC is picking up a 5% stake in National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), continuing its focus on investing in agriculture and rural sectors.

FUTHER, Indraprastha Gas will be in focus ahead of its Q2 earnings today. According to analysts, the company is likely to report a lower net profit for the Jul-Sep quarter.



Trend in FII flows: The FIIs were net buyers of Rs 2993cr in the cash segment on Tuesday while the domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs. 1223cr, as per the provisional figures released by the NSE.
