INDIAN MARKET OUTLOOK - 29 OCTOBER 2013

INDIAN BENCHMARKS are likely to open marginally higher but further gains may be capped amid profit taking ahead of the RBI's monetary policy review. Rate sensitive shares especially banks will be in focus depending on the decision by the central bank on key policy rates.

FUTHER, Ceat may firm up after the tyre maker posted 20-fold jump in Q2 consolidated net profit due to lower raw material costs and demand from passenger car segment.

Trend in FII flows: The FIIs were net buyers of Rs 2328cr in the cash segment on Monday while the domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs. 1360cr, as per the provisional figures released by the NSE.
