FUTHER, Hexaware Technologies Ltd approved one of the biggest deals in the Indian IT space, fair trade watchdog CCI has cleared Baring Private Equity's proposed acquisition of controlling stake in outsourcing firm Hexaware Technologies, saying the transaction will not adversely impact competition.
Trend in FII flows: The FIIs were net buyers of Rs. 3122.21cr in the cash segment while the domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs. 1530.04cr, as per the provisional figures released by the NSE.
